FOR COTTAGE BOOKINGS & RESERVATIONS

For staying at Living Green Farms – the cottages need to be booked in advance directly through our website or through Online Travel Agents.

For Direct Bookings through our website – 50% advance payment has to be submitted online.

Balance amount to be paid at Living Green Farms on arrival.

After advance payment Living Green Farms will send a booking confirmation over email or WhatsApp on your number. In case, you do not receive the confirmation within 3 hours, please call and inform so that the communication gap if any by chance is resolved.

REFUND & CANCELLATIONS -If any cancellations are made any time before arrival. The advance amount will be forfeited as cancellation charges and will not be refunded.

It is expected from our esteemed guests that they respect the privacy of other guests at Living Green Farms and do not cause any disturbance to them.

Standard Check-in time is 12:00 hrs and Check out time is 11:00 hrs.

For Early Check-In and Late Check-Out additional charges @ Rs. 300/- per hour will be payable and will be granted only if available at that time.

PETS – We allow pets by prior information and booking and at a nominal charge of Rs. 500/- pet per day. The pets will have to be kept inside your cottage room and under a leash when out in the open. If there are any damages to the property in any way by the pet the charges will have to be borne by the guest (pet owner). Also, it is expected that the pet is fully vaccinated and not a threat to other guests and people on the premises. In case of any pet bites or scratches on other people on the premises, any consequent claims and damages will have to be borne by the Pet Owner.

Parking – is free for our guests, but at the car owner's risk. Living Green Farms does not take any responsibility for any damages, theft, or loss of any kind.

Please keep your belongings safe and locked. Though it is absolutely safe yet, we do not recommend you to leave your valuables unattended in the rooms locked or otherwise. We do not take any responsibility for any claims of loss theft or damages whatsoever.
